Coloured masonry paving, such as light-coloured concrete and natural stone pavers, have become more and more popular for outdoor living areas and are easily stained by a variety of staining materials. Tech-Dry stain-proof sealers can be used on a number of surfaces, such as coloured concrete masonry, natural stone, polished masonry and other masonry substrates. TECH-DRY PROTECTASEAL S is a general-purpose solvent-based stain-resistant sealer for masonry materials. The product is designed to penetrate into the masonry surfaces and render the substrate oil and water-repellent. It provides good stain resistance against the majority of staining materials, including oil, juice, coffee, wine and food. PROTECTASEAL-S is recommended as a stain-resistant sealer for permeable building materials such as natural stones, concrete pavers, clay bricks, and terracotta tiles. It can also be used for dense or polished substrates depending on substrates. The treatment will not significantly change the appearance and vapour permeability of the masonry. However, a slight darkening of the surface may occur for some substrates. Features: Penetrates into masonry substrate surfaces. Hard-wearing and durable formulation. The cream contains no organic solvent. DPC CREAM is an innovative silane/siloxane cream that has been specifically formulated as an easy-to-use damp-proof course material to install a durable siloxane polymer damp course into brickwork or other masonry walls to permanently stop rising damp in masonry walls. The product penetrates the capillaries of earth substrate surfaces providing the substrate with a dust-sealing effect and surface abrasion resistance. The treatment will not significantly change the surface appearance and the vapour permeability of the earth buildings. However, a slight sheen or darkening of the surface may occur for some earth structures. EARTHSHIELD is a solvent-based sealer designed to penetrate into the capillaries of earth surfaces providing the substrate with water repellent and dust-sealing effect. EARTHSHIELD penetrates into the first few millimetres of the surface, providing excellent waterproof and dust sealing to the loose surface without significantly affecting the surface appearance and vapour permeability. It reduces the absorption of water or efflorescence or other water-borne staining materials, which are responsible for the bulk of the deterioration in earth-building materials.
