TECH-DRY NO MORE GRAFFITI is an environmentally friendly water-based sacrificial wax coating. Once applied to a surface, No More Graffiti forms a thin non-visible film between the surface to be protected and graffiti or any other staining substances applied to the surface. The graffiti can then be easily removed by simply cleaning the surface with hot, high-pressure water. The removal process strips the NMG film together with the graffiti resulting in a clean, stain-free surface. No More Graffiti is suitable for large, heavily targeted areas where removing the graffiti by solvent or graffiti remover is difficult.
Features:
Excellent resistance to graffiti and other staining compounds.
Durable UV stable formulation, hence no yellowing or peeling.
The product and method of removal are environmentally friendly, that is, no organic solvents, such as paint strippers, are required.
Easy application by brush, roller or airless sprayer.
The non-corrosive, non-flammable formulation allows easy clean up in water
Sizes 5L & 20L
Application: ROLLER / SPRAY
Coverage: 10m2 per Litre per coat / Recommendation of two coats minimum
Water Based

Tech-Dry Damp Course Applicator Kit is part of the Tech-Dry Dampcoursing system, which makes it easy to deliver the damp course fluid into walls. Each kit contains enough reusable applicators to treat 3m of a single brick wall at one time.
Filling each reservoir with 150ml of Damp Course Fluid is enough to thoroughly saturate one brick thickness of the wall.

TECH-DRY SALT RETARDER is a water-repellent admixture that inhibits the transfer of salts into the newly plastered/rendered surface. It is recommended to be used in the render coat after a Tech-Dry Damp Course installation.
Using SALT RETARDER in these renders eliminates the need for separate plasticisers and water-proofing additives. SALT RETARDER should be used during the rendering of walls to waterproof/saltproof newly constructed walls and in older walls the after the installation of a Tech-Dry damp-proof course to prevent residual salt and water migration.
Features:
Reduces salt migration and water absorption by up to 90%
Improves workability
Dramatically reduces efflorescence
Readily dissolves in water
Water-Based

TECH-DRY STABILISED EARTH WATER REPELLENT is a sealer designed to penetrate into the capillaries of stabilised earth or rammed earth and render the substrate water-repellent. This water-repellent zone reduces the absorption of water or efflorescence or other water-borne staining materials, which are responsible for the bulk of the deterioration in rammed earth structures. The treatment will not significantly change the appearance of the substrates and the vapour permeability. However, a slight darkening of the surface may occur for some substrates.
Impregnation of STABILISED EARTH WATER REPELLENT to rammed and stabilised earth structures will prevent water damage such as damp walls, formation of cracks due to expansion and shrinkage, erosion, formation of mildew, moss and lichen. It assists in preventing reduced thermal insulation properties and increased heating costs. STABILISED EARTH WATER REPELLENT is also suitable as a water-repellent sealer for other masonry substrates, including natural stones, concrete masonry, bricks, and tiles & grout.
Features:
Penetrates into the substrate surface
Permanently bonds to the substrate with no peel or blister.
UV, alkali stable and durable formulation.
Reduces water penetration, efflorescence and water-borne staining.
Does not significantly change the surface appearance and vapour permeability.
Easy application and cost-effective.
Sizes 5L and 20L Containers
Application: Brush | Roller | Spray
Coverage: 1 – 10m2 per litre per coat, depending on the permeability of the surface.
Water Based and Solvent Based Available

TECH-DRY TILE & GROUT SEALER is a high-quality silane/siloxane water repellent impregnate for masonry building materials. The product is designed to penetrate deeply into the capillaries of masonry surfaces and render the substrate water-repellent. This water-repellent zone significantly reduces the absorption of water or efflorescence or other water-borne staining materials, which are responsible for the bulk of the deterioration in masonry building materials. The treatment will not significantly change the appearance of the masonry substrates and the vapour permeability. However, a slight darkening of the surface may occur for some substrates.
TILE & GROUT SEALER is recommended as a water-repellent sealer for tiles and grout. Suitable tiles include ceramic or terracotta tiles and concrete or natural stone pavers. It is also suitable for other porous masonry building substrates.
FEATURES:
Penetrates into the masonry substrate surface.
Permanently bonds to the substrate with no peel or blister.
UV, alkali stable and durable formulation.
