Tech-Dry® Limestone Emulsion is a neutral, water-based, water-repellent limestone sealer, impregnant and surface binder for permeable Australian limestone.

This limestone formula is non-caustic and user-friendly and is designed to penetrate deeply into the capillaries of limestone surfaces, render the substrate water-repellent, and strengthen the surface. It penetrates deeply into limestone, acting as a limestone sealer and strengthening the substrate.

As a high-quality limestone sealer from Tech-Dry®, it significantly reduces the absorption of water or other water-borne staining materials, which are major factors in the deterioration of limestone buildings. Unlike other limestone sealers, the treatment with this limestone sealer will not significantly change the appearance and the vapour permeability of the limestone substrate.
